Turn your gaze inward, quiet the mind and surrender deeply into that intuitive nature of the body with the seventy five minute Yin Yoga class. Yin Yoga penetrates the deepest layer of our fascial and connective tissues to open, soften and strengthen our joints and ligaments that is safe and attainable for all levels. With the use of props and clear direction, these passive poses (asana) of Yin, held from 3 to 5 minutes, affords us the opportunity to calm the nervous system and create space within the mind. Compliment your running, cycling, active lifestyle, or yoga schedule with a Yin practice.

Price: $15 drop in
What you can expect: Long holds in postures, mostly done on the floor, with hands-on help from teachers to support your pose. Space to breathe, rest and relax. Come early to secure a spot and a bolster.
What to bring: a yoga mat, clothes you can move comfortably in, and a bottle of water. Bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps are available in studio. Complimentary hand towels are available at the front desk and in the studio; free loaner mat in studio.
