Gentle Yoga

Give yourself a break with Gentle Yoga, perfect for those looking to alleviate stress, improve balance and get an attitude boost. This class offers a slower pace with orchestrated movements in a nurturing, well-supported atmosphere that is great for new students. Appropriate for all levels, with variations of poses given.

What you can expect: Seated & standing postures, variations of postures layered for each level of student, well-measured stretches, simple practice with plenty of time to focus on breathing.

What to bring: a yoga mat, clothes you can move comfortably in, and a bottle of water. Blankets, blocks and straps are available in studio. Complimentary hand towels are available at the front desk and in the studio; free loaner mats in studio.

Best for: new students, students with mobility-related injuries or issues, students of all levels
