My yoga teaching style centers strongly around connection: connecting movement and breath; connecting to community; connecting with something bigger than ourselves. In my classes, I strive to guide students into a state of flow, where we can transcend the chatter of the mind and immerse ourselves in the present moment. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, my classes are designed to challenge you physically and mentally and challenge your self limitations, while providing variations to ensure that every level of ability is supported.
I sincerely love this practice. I have a passion for studying the different facets of yoga and a deep desire to share everything I learn with my students. I believe there is joy and peace within each of us, and that yoga is a beautiful path to find our way back to that place.
