PRACTICE FOR LIFE
Hatha Yoga is the branch of Yoga that unites pairs of opposites, “ha” meaning “sun” and “tha” meaning “moon”. We will combine postures (asana), breathing (Pranayama) and mindfulness to help you to recognize your physical and mental potential while developing awareness, strength, flexibility, and relaxation. Students are encouraged to honor their own abilities when presented with variations intended to safely challenge comfort zones. No prior yoga experience required.
