Lunch Break (LB) Classes are 40 minutes long, starting at 12:10pm and ending at 12:50pm for all of our friends who need time for transport to and from work. Got time? Come early and relax in a restorative backbend and stay late for a long savasana!

What you can expect: Meditation, Sun Salutations, standing postures, balance postures, backbends & forward folds, and relaxation (savasana). Strong use of Sanskrit language and yoga theory. Iyengar Hatha inspired
What to bring: a yoga mat, clothes you can move comfortably in, and a bottle of water. Complimentary hand towels are available at the front desk and in the studio; loaner mats in studio.
