What you can expect: Long, relaxing postures with props to assist, and hands-on help from teachers to support you in your pose. Space to breathe, rest and relax. Come early to secure a spot and a bolster.
What to bring: a yoga mat, clothes you can move comfortably in, and a bottle of water. Bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps are available in studio. Complimentary hand towels are available at the front desk and in the studio; free loaner mats in studio.
