Unroll your mat for the first (or 100th) time in our Yoga Basics class, designed specifically to introduce students to fundamental yoga postures, safe alignment, and life-affirming yoga philosophy.
Come early (10:30am) for New Student Orientation and take Yoga Basics for free (new students only).

Price: $15 drop in
What you can expect: Introduction to meditation, breathing exercises, warm-ups, Sun Salutations, standing postures, balancing postures, cool down and relaxation. Your teacher is there to support your practice, offering adjustments and answering questions, while guiding you safely through the class.
What to bring: a yoga mat, clothes you can move comfortably in, and a bottle of water. Complimentary hand towels are available at the front desk and in the studio; free laoner mats in studio.
