Pilates Flow

A blend of basic Pilates mat work and some flow to keep you groovin’. Learn the tricks to lengthen and strengthen your core, and be prepared for an invigorating practice (1 hour combined yoga and Pilates class).

Price: $15 drop in

What you can expect: Core work, isolating specific muscle groups, traditional mat Pilates, some flow and plenty of savasana (final resting pose). Full body workout with joints moving through all ranges of motion.

What to bring: a yoga mat, clothes you can move comfortably in, and a bottle of water. Complimentary hand towels are available at the front desk and in the studio; free loaner mats in studio.
