PRACTICE FOR LIFE

WE ARE OPEN : IMPORTANT INFORMATION

GUIDELINES AND STUDENT PROCEDURES

We recognize that each individual is responsible for their own decisions and retain agency over their own bodies. As such, we are with a limited class schedule and will continue offering classes via Namastream, our online virutal system.

VIVEKA

We strongly encourage our students to decide what their comfort level is with attending live classes at PureJoy. The practice of yoga encourages viveka, or discernment, and allows one to make decisions that are best for their themselves, and to honor that process in others.

AHIMSA

Guidelines established by the Federal government, and including CDC and Yoga Alliance recommendations, PureJoy is doing the utmost to provide a safe place to practice yoga, though not all risks can be removed due to the nature of COVID-19. We have created policies and procedures to ensure our students’ safety, as well as created a waiver that also serves as a guide for returning or visiting students. The following includes our policies to ensure we uphold ahimsa, or non-harming, for our students, teachers, staff and greater community.
