This class builds the perfect peaks, starting gently with restorative postures, then we move to standing postures before simmering back down in some more restorative. This is a great class for beginners to start restoring their nervous system and calming the mind, while also building strength in fundamental postures.

What you can expect: Restorative yoga postures and standing foundational postures with the possibility of flow.
What to bring: a yoga mat (loaner mats are available in studio), clothes you can move comfortably in, and a bottle of water. Bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps are available in studio. Complimentary hand towels are available at the front desk and in the studio.
